Our service technician Daniel was fast and thorough with his work. He made sure everything was done correctly and went above and beyond to help us out. I truly appreciate everything he did to get our dryer back up and running. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.. I would recommend him any day ! Thank you so much

The technician was excellent - knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Only negative (for the service, not the technician) is that a shorter time window was not offered. I waited at home all day, but the technician did not arrive until after 6:00PM
