Michael quickly found the problems with our electric stove, ordered parts, and will finish the job as soon as they arrive. he cleaned the clothes dryer and now it is working fine.

Thank you Chris & Sears! Chris, our Sears technician, was on time, courteous, professional yet personable and knowledgeable - in recent years these positive qualities are often difficult to find. Chris took only a few minutes to correctly diagnose our problem, order the part to fix it and make an install appointment. Awesome! Note: Prior to Chris, we wasted our time and money, $200, to have the owner of another Gainesville appliance repair company ‘service’ the refrigerator twice. After 30+ minutes each visit, he said he couldn’t find anything wrong, but simply used a blow dryer to thaw some ice in the freezer.

Service call for leaking water line to ice maker was handled promptly. Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable. Chris also helped me find model # for a broken knob.
