Our technician Selwyn was fantastic when he finally got here after 6:30 pm. Our window was 8 to 5. But the time keep changing throughout the day. Frustrating because you cannot SPEAK to anyone to find out what is happening. Having said that once he got here his service was fantastic & spot on. Need to have better communication about what is happening....

I want to start by saying the technician was pleasant and no issues with him personally. However, three hours outside of the time frame and I understand that things can come up out of your control which I have zero issue with my only complaint was that there was zero communication and then when he finally called and said he would be there in 30 minutes it was still a whole other hour. As for the parts Sears service wanted to charge $91 for each suspension rod plus $269 for labor and I found a four pack of rods on Amazon for 50 bucks.

The technician called to let me know he would be there in an hour. Almost 2 hours later I called him because he hadn’t shown up. He said something came up and he would be there in 25 minutes. Another hour went by before he showed up. When I said common curtesy would have been to call and let me know he was running late, he totally ignored me and walked into the kitchen. I felt as if he was extremely rude. The only thing he said after he was finished was that the Sears says between 8 and 5 and he was here by 5! He left after 5:30. I also had to cal several times to get him out here to finish his job. Won’t be using this repair any more.
