Not a good technician He came to fix my under the counter microwave which was not heating up Replaced the heating coil and bunch of other stuff $700 worth of parts Still the microwave is not fixed On top of it he wants to order the same parts again Also damaged my floor with scratches Would not recommend this technician

Daniel was initially our tech and we thought he did a great job. He was super pleasant to work with. However, after he did the repair, a few weeks later we noticed our dishwasher leaking through our wall. He returned and was unable to replicate the leak after pulling out the unit and doing some tinkering. And he said we didn’t call back in time so we were charged an additional fee. He handled separate request and as soon as he left, the error code appeared again. We had already spent $400+ on this service in total and were informed that we didn’t call soon enough for a free follow up. Then we were told the repair wouldn’t be covered at all by a separate representative. Daniel had told me the job was on the books, but we were ghosted by the repair company. I made 7-8 phone calls and it took weeks of being told a tech would come back, only to be told our repair wasn’t actually covered, even though we were trying to get him to return to fix what we paid for originally that didn’t seem to work. If I could give zero stars, I would. In total, we paid $700+ to this company for no fix to our dishwasher. They eventually offered to refund me $100 of the $704 I’d already spent, only to call me back and say they changed their mind. This may be more of a reflection on the company than Daniel. Horrible experience with them. Daniel is nice, but the company has been less than cooperative. Absolutely horrible structure and customer service. I’ve made close to a dozen calls at this point, spoken with almost as many people, and been lied to. Do NOT use their warranty service and if your tech makes a repair, insist they stay (and don’t hurry off the job site). If you need to call back, do it immediately. Good luck getting help.

My comments are referring to the Sears system itself. The system is not user friendly! It took me weeks to figure out how to get a live person. I was caught in a loop of rescheduled appointments and not being able to discuss with someone what the problem and solution could be. Having already paid for service and awaiting parts I was at your mercy. Now after 6 weeks I am told part is not available and we are cancelled. I have been w/o an oven this entire time. I will no longer use Sears!

Daniel was about an hour after his appointment time he was here less than 15 minutes refused to make sure that the part that he put in worked said he had to go to another job this was the part that the previous repairman ordered so it must be the right part but he didn't check this is the fourth time that we've had repairman out to our home I can only pray that my oven works
