My 5th no show.They don’t even respond back. Was supposed to get high priority service and they were suspended to have moved up this appointment but never did that either. Absolutely horrendous service. Sad because we bought all our appliances from sears when we did a home remodel . All appliances are under full warranty!! We have had no working refrigerator since April! Would appreciate talking to a real person instead Of a computer !
