Carl was excellent! I contacted the company to assist my elderly parents with their new refrigerator. The refrigerator isn’t 3 months old since purchase of September 2023. Carl evaluated the refrigerator and noticed that the fan was running then stop. Thereafter, he noticed that a piece of the orginal packing piece was still in the door. It looked like a hinged screw but he removed it and the fan ran normal. So this piece apparently was not allowing the door to be closed completely. Lowes delivered the refrigerator and apparently this small detail was disregarded during delivery. Nevertheless, Carl was outstanding and was very patient and understanding with my parents and I certainly appreciate his expertise and assistance.
