Tech Larry is a 5! Services (calling) to determine service order status & having to deal with BOT is 1. Waiting 20+min to speak to a live person in a foreign country is the WORST. Then going thru info verification (name, phone, address,etc.) that's on her screen every time is ridiculous & waste of time. ESCALATION does not result in any action from Sears Hm Svc.
