Very nice and efficient

My repair tech was great!! He fixed my fridge was very helpful with trying to get my microwave Issue solved as well since I filed two claims with my home warranty company and they canceled one of my claims and didn’t tell me. The reason for the four stars is that Sears automated system was extremely and when I say extremely, I mean extremely ridiculous with the amount of phone calls that I got the day of my service . It is bad enough that these repair companies require you to be available between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM on the day Your technician is supposed to arrive but when you’re in a meeting and the calls are coming back to back.. and not one or two times I’m talking four and five times. Same calls same AI assistant confirm confirming the same information over and over again . I had to get up from my meeting 4 times thinking it was the tech telling me he’s on his way and I was 7 mins down the road at my office. So I didn’t want to miss the call. One confirmation call on the day of is good enough the second call should be the tech letting you know he’s on his way. It was over the top and very frustrating with the constant interruptions.

Sears Home Services misdiagnosis of our dryer resulted in us having to buy a new dryer we did not need. Called and Sears Home Services refused to provide credit for misdiagnosis. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: The phone number and website given are no help please stop with the fake replies to negative feedback. Your call center already told me there is nothing they can do. Zero stars. I had the worst experience working with this company. Rescheduled my repair FOUR times. Will only contact you by email/text/AI assistant. Their customer service is all automated. They charge the customer a fee for cancelling but cancelled the day of on me four times. Save your time do not use them.

The guy came didn’t stay very long told me it wasn’t the dryer that was the problem it was the breaker had a electrician came look at my breaker and said it was the dryer had someone different come and they fixed the dryer so I got charged 127$ just for him to tell me it wasn’t the dryer but it definitely was so he either didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t CARE ENOUGH

He never showed up. Someone please call me
