Emanuel was excellent. Knowledgeable and very meticulous repair person! Such a nice and very knowledgeable service tech. He came to correct what the last repair person installed incorrectly. He apologized for the other service persons poor work,! He made suggestions on how to get the most out of our appliance, Sears should have all there tech as good and nice as him,
