Michael was great. He explained everything in clear terms. The dryer repair was done in under an hour. While the technician was great, i do NOT like using AI. I could not speak with anyone nor could i get a time frame in advance for the technician. All i could get was 8 AM to 5 PM. That’s tough for a working person. Please get rid of your AI and hire a real person. Thank you.
