Emanuel is an amazing technician He went above and beyond the duties as he was able to correct the Sears scheduling error, diagnosis the problem and travel to get a compressor and return the same day. It was 87 degrees in our house and Sears wanted to just reschedule in 2 weeks. This technician saved us from having to go to a hotel. 5 star technician and human being. Others would have just said sorry reschedule and been on their way

Freezer drawers still do not pull out all the way. To update my review, Emmanuel returned to my home and corrected all problems my freezer drawer had. All drawers now pull out with ease, he adjusted the the overall freezer drawer that was off alignment. Emmanuel did a tremendous job and I thank you!!
