Beware!! Technician fraudulently charged for a service he did not do. Appointment was cancelled but the technician still showed up to the house, we told him the appointment was cancelled and he left, however he still charged the full amount and now claims he fixed the appliance, he did not even come inside the house. He also falsified our signatures on the receipt.

Sears of SW Florida Fort Myers/ Naples area. They never came and finished the job. They canceled my first appointment. Rescheduled my appointment, which I had to cancel because I was on vacation. I rescheduled it for April 15 and Sears never showed up. I have the confirmation. I have tried to contact Sears and choice home warranty several times. Choice home warranty advice is me they contacted Sears and I should wait there. Reply. Well, I’m still waiting almost 2 months later. Very disappointed. See my Choice Home Warranty Google review. This directly relates to their crappy service. Their service started in February 2024 and by 8/13/24 my refrigerator ice maker was still not fixed. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau on Sears A&E and Choice Home Warranty. 14 Scheduled visits. Choice Home Warranty finally sent out a GE certified repair technician rather that Sears and they advised the refrigerator board was bad and should have been never attempted to be fixed that it would cost more to repair than it was worth. The BBB finally got Choice Home Warranty to pay to have the refrigerator replaced.
