Very pleasant, professional service. Mr.Jamal informed me of everything that he was doing step by step. He went above and beyond trying to repair my refrigerator, unfortunately it was not repairable. Mr.Jamal was very sympathetic of the situation and apologetic that it was not fixable. Phenomenal service performed!

Peter D was quick to diagnose the problem with our Sears Kenmore refrigerator. He had the parts on his truck and was able to replace a part and complete the job in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and informative while he was here and answered all of our questions.

Whirlpool Wash Machine

Very knowledgeable. Tom F knew the machine brand beforehand and brought the most likely needed replacement part for the repair with him. It was the right part. He installed it and the machine works again. Excellent work! It's so nice to deal with people who know what they're doing!
