Roger is very professional and knowledgeable. He was not able to fix my dryer because my air duct appears to be blocked; nevertheless, he changed the thermostat on the dryer. I’m having the duct cleaned and will call Sears Repair again

He was knowlegeable, resolved the issue straight on, and he left the area clean once he was done. He took his time to show me the situation that is going on with my refrigerator and also gave me suggestions.
