I had 2 prior technicians come up with 2 different repair diagnostics, both of which resulted in costly course of action. Johnny the 3rd technician found the correct problem and made the repairs at 1/3rd the price. So the high ratings is specifically due to johnny

Sorry, but the technician did not take into account that we have replaced the filter twice and dirt continues to come out the water dispenser. He flushed the water line but not changed the tubing, dirt has to be on the tubing no matter the water filter because I installed a new filter as technician requested and problem continued.
