The AC tech, Erik was great, however, as a Sears Maintenance customer for over 30 years, the wait time for service was awful !I waited 5 days in temp of upper 90's for service. Had to stay elsewhere.

A burner on my gas range had stopped lighting, so I called Sears appliance services for a repair. The technician, Stefan, arrived as scheduled and went immediately to work, correcting the problem in no time. He also cleaned and inspected my refrigerator, finding no major problems. Mr. Stefan was very courteous and friendly, and he clearly explained the work he had performed to me. When my appliances have needed repair, I have always called Sears, as I find the company to be very reliable and transparent about their prices.

While the service technician was excellent, the process in getting my washer repaired was not. Sear rescheduled my appointment four times before finally arriving.

Nelson, was a great technician and handle everything in a matter of a few minutes. He was here and fixed the problem in less than a 1/2 hour. Would call them again.
