A disaster. Asked for service to arrive before 12 due to work reasons because could not take the whole day off. Waited al day long for technician to arrive and kept moving arrival 2 hours at a time. As If my time isn’t is value for anyone. Technician finally arrived 5.30 when no service is allowed into the condo.

Technician arrived and immediately wanted to push the warranty on us. Furthermore he told us that a reset of our refrigerator was all that was required as the fan and compressor were working. Repeatedly he stated this as he wanted us to get the warranty. He told us that by resetting the refrigerator that it would start cooling that same day. However that never happened. He failed to mention that the warranty would not be able to be used after the reset which did not occur. Would not even give even one star for this experience.,thought seats was all about customer service but it turns out not to be true for us. Additionally when we called back for a new appointment we were told that seats does not work or repair GE Monogram? Yet the technician told us otherwise. He is a liar. Beware when working with these people

I would not use them ever. Don't fall for it. It is very easy to schedule an appointment. Tech came out on a Friday (1/24/25), said I need a new ice maker. Said he will order the parts but have it shipped my address. Should arrive in 2-3 days. He scheduled to come back on Wed 1/29. Parts never arrived nor shipped per UPS. I had to go online to reschedule for Wed 2/5, still not parts. Rescheduled again for Friday 2/5. In the meantime, the number on the website offers no option to speak to a customer service rep; the website's chat is useless offers no option except for reschedule, cancel or buy a service plan. I texted the tech that came out using the number he texted to let me know he was on his way when he originally came out - silence! The texts were relentless when confirming appointments but if you have a problem, then you are S.O.L. I gave up and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Let's see!

8 visits and my refrigerator is still not working properly. Paid for parts that were unnecessary. Will not provide refund or replacement. Very difficult to speak with a person. Terrible customer service.

On December 24, I had a technician called HANNETT come to my house to inspect my refrigerator. He told me to order a parts and that Sears would return. Earlier this week, a technician came to my house to install the parts. He spent 2.5 hours installing the part. The refrigerator did not work. Yesterday, another technician came to my home (his name was ROGER) and told me that the part that was actually broken was something else. He said he would refund my card for all the parts I had been told to order. I have yet to see a refund, an email receipt, etc. I keep calling and I just get an AI customer service, with no human. Where the hell can I get a resolution for this? Who do I call? Where is my refund?

After waiting 2 months for the parts to arrive the technician arrived without any knowledge as to what the problem was, which was annoying as thought there would be some history or notes passed on from one technician to another. Anywas he replaced the parts and said everything was fine- that he tested it etc. which i doubted as it all happened very rapidly. After he left I ran the dishwasher and still water on the bottom. Called customer service who said someone would come back out that day and fix it and would call me shortly. Never called , never came so today is XMAS and will call again tomorrow but very dissatisfied with my entire experience! Yesterday ( two days later) a different technician arrived Yariel who actually was the original technician who diagnosed the problem back in October. He was terrific and solved the problem. Was very thorough and made sure all was running smoothly before he left. I believe Sears should stick to their own technicians and not use third party contractors. Also Sears needs to do a better job of tracking the supplies they order for a repair. I was told two parts were needed for the repair but only one arrived and they kept scheduling service and I had to keep calling them to tell them the second part had not arrived. Anyway I finally have a functioning dishwasher again. Hooray!
