Terrible. Once they get the money they dont care about your needs. I wait almost 2 months thye never come to fix my problem I had to pay someone outside to fix my oven issue. Please dont get any cover from them. third party scam. 😔

Don’t get the (Sears) home protection agreement. When the moment came to replace my refrigerator, the tech management dept (an offline team that handle claims) denied my claim to the fulfillment dept. You cannot communicate with the tech management dept. to ask why they’re denying your replacement claim(which I qualify) (because my fridge is non-repairable). When the technician explains to them that it’s non repairable, they start giving them tips in how to open the freezer that’s sealed shut. One tech manager suggested the service guy tie a rope to the sides of the freezer door to pull it open causing the fridge to almost fall on him. They keep sending service reps that are senior in expertise and none of them can fix it and they keep ordering parts that are never installed. I’ve been waiting for this fridge to be fixed since 5/24 or replaced and nothing. They keep going in circles with me. They’ve spent more money sending me parts by ups than what the fridge is worth.

I had a checkup done on my refrigerator that was operating just fine, after the checkup the appliance started making a loud noise, like water was running through somewhere. There was no problem, so the repairman made one, this is ridiculous. Sears does not want to honor the agreement, I am very disappointed.

Terrrible terrible terrible. Technician Manfredi never showed up or contacted us when he was supposed to, not even to cancel or postpone. Did not provide number and service contact wouldn’t provide technician numbers to talk to anyone.. Just victim to app updates constantly delaying repair and then never shows up . No calls to tell you they’re not showing up after waiting 12 hours. Absolutely worse in 20 years for AC repair. Don't use them because they don’t provide contact number for technician. And they have noone to talk to. It’s all automated AI nonsense. They then respond to this bad review with a different number to call and we get someone finally on the phone only AFTER THE REVIEW and they respond with doing nothing about it.

I do not understand their service window. For the two services request they never arrived within the time window. The first technician did a diagnostic, we agree with the estimate and paid for part and 50% of labor. The second technician came to install the part, he never touched the part and opened the dryer. At the end he said that the machine cannot be repaired. He never installed the ordered part. After some discussion and very vague answers, the technician left with the part and stated in his car for 2 hrs. At the end, they kept all the prepaid money and the part, and we ended with a broken dryer and money lost. They do not want to refund our money for the part and the 50% of the labor. What a thief.
