The repair was schedule for Friday August 2nd. Tech claims to have called but there is no record. Repair was then rescheduled to Monday, August 5th and the technician never arrived. We were forced to reschedule a third time to Friday August 9th where the technician threatened to not come because Sears confirmation had the incorrect Apt unit. I called multiple times to rectify this error from the very beginning of when this unit was even purchased 11 years ago. Every single representative I spoke to, confirmed the unit was changed from 114 to 110. However the Technician said there was no record of this change. I had also asked to please call the primary number as the secondary number was not present at the household, but the technician kept calling the secondary number. In all my years with Sears, this has never occurred and I was never received this type of customer service. I have two very asthmatic kids and a diabetic mother, and living with only the fan running for more than 2 weeks was unbearable. I am seriously questioning my loyalty to Sears as this type of service is unacceptable.

Although the technician was excellent,the service process was not. I called Sears to order the necessary part and schedule the repair. When the technician called to confirm the appointment, he advised me that he could not install the part that I ordered and could only install a part from his truck. The parts department never told me this.Now I have to take the time to return the part that I ordered. Although the part from the truck was the same as the one I had, it cost me an additional $40. Also, even though the technician was here for no more than an hour, the labor charge was $250. So, the overall process was not a pleasant experience

PART 1 worst service ever. one month without having refrigerator working waiting for parts to arrive. technician came replaced parts and left refrigerator with a very loud noise. I mentioned that something was wrong but he left said it was normal. The same answer when I sent email a few hours later. after 24hs ours the refrigerator is an oven. I hope that the approval replacement is given today. It is incredible that after 2 attempts of repairing it one February and the second in June I still have not refrigerator. I pay every month the 89$ monthly fee that it is not at level woth the service and speed solutions expected. I am willing to know if cinch or sears are going to be responsible for at least the $1500 I spent in one month in meals for a family of 5 due to their incompetent service and solution. I expect a contact and solution today June 26 PART 2 I am calling to talk to my case manager and the answer I receive is that I have to wait 24hs for someone to contact me. I can believe the horrible customer service this company provides. I received a call telling me that I was going to be refunded the $100 service fee... that is a joke against the $1500 I spent and as far as I can see will continue spending until the case is resolved. I ask you please full refund amd replacement of the refrigerator that was 2 times repaired incorrectly.

online parts customer service does not exist once you place an order......take your money tell you part delayed indefinite amount of time and no way to cancel order or get refund.....not an option online and no one to talk to.....never again will I buy a part from Sears...should have used Amazon which had part for half the price and overnight delivery at no cost

Very bad experience. My ice maker was not working, a technician came and checked it, took it apart and said it was fine, I paid $182. The ice maker never worked, I called the technician to come and he didn't come, I called Sears, they gave me an appointment and then they canceled it because they had a problem with the system, I scheduled another appointment and they never came to repair it. I do not recommend them, the communication channels do not work, they only work to collect.

I am very upset last year every two months my washer and dryer machine had to be fixed, yesterday Yor technician was here put a pump and the machine is not taking the water out.I got the warranty and I been charge every time I got service, the service is very bad.Last one of the technician said I need a new washer,I was 3 weeks that I couldn’t wash my clothes.Very very upset I will not recommend you service to no one
