Ahmed and Rawle are terrific technicians. A+++ However, your IT system leaves much to be desired. It is impossible to get my information updated. And nearly impossible to speak with a live person. And when I do reach someone, they have no ability beyond making an appointment or cancelling an appointment. Impossible to speak with a supervisor. Terrible customer service!!!

Eric, our tech was very responsive and kept in touch. Fixed the issue once we finally got scheduled. Was originally scheduled for 9/23 and just now getting service, but was not HIS fault. He was good

My technician had had a very long day but he was still very pleasant and careful in my tiny kitchen. He noticed additional things—like the door springs—that were broken and he fixed them. He also had to work very hard to get the machine level on my old floors. I am extremely impressed with his work and I hope this message reaches him.
