Mr Richard the technician was calm, answered my questions , he was not in a hurry to finish besides the fact that was after 5pm . My problem with the washing machine resolved by itself resetting the computer we guessed.

The employees responded. In my opinion they fixed my Microwave with the new parts that I received. They acted in a very professional manner While in my home. Before leaving they put all the items back where they were. Bottom line they acted in a very professional and courteous manner. Please express my thanks and appreciation to them.
