Richard was excellent What you need to fix is your phone service It’s all automotive and can never get to speak to a human It’s awful and a waste of time Also sears did not give the service guy the right service order It was suppose to say warrantee but he got it as a to be paid service After calling sears 6 times being told I am on warrantee the repair dept never corrected there files I spoke to 6 different people and no one could help This is unacceptable I will make it my business to tell anyone thinking of getting sears warrantee about this As for Richard he was more than excellent Even when he tried on his phone to touch base with his supervisor he never got any response You people do not know what you are doing I paid a lot of money for this warrantee and to go thru this is crazy Your system is awfully I want someone to call me and tell me how we will fix this problem You have my cell number I expect to hear from someone very soon

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He found the correct serial needed, left to find the correct piece needed. Once returned he was done in 5 minutes. He had us up and back in time for the long weekend celebration. Which I needed my oven desperately to accomplish my overall menu planned. I highly recommend Sears service to my family to have. Have used them quite a few times since being a member. Haven't disappoint yet since being a member. Thank you Sears warranty Team.
