Technician sent by Sears on 3/12/24 to diagnose why the dryer was malfunctioning broke the control panel and clips when doing so. This was confirmed by another technician sent by Sears on the following day (3/13/24). The second technician ordered parts needed to repair the damage caused by the first technician.

Don't trust the technician here they are definitely full of it. They talk and don't fix. Stephan came to my house told my girlfriend they didn't make the part for my oven then charged us a fee of 150 when I got home and called he said he wouldn't refund my money because it was standard. But the standard was 99 dollars so he up it to do Nothing pretty much

My range hood is broken I made the appointment and Stefan never showed up, but sent a work receipt like he did. THAT IS THEFT AND FALSIFYING PAPERWORK! Your technicians and managers have no professionalism or integrity and I will be canceling my total home warranty and contesting the charges. I will never buy anything from Sears and I had been a loyal customer since 1987. I hope you go out of business
