An Excellent Service Experience!
Andrew was professional, informative and just plain great! We decided not to resuscitate our old fridge because the expense was about to be greater than replacing. If we had accepted the service I have no doubt that Andrew would have repaired the fridge perfectly!

Although he was unable to repair my 3 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator due to it being a piece of junk, he was helpful in sharing the few options available to me. Kenmore should stand by it's products. Based on my experience today, it is highly unlikely that I would purchase another Kenmore appliance.

Once again, George is the most professional, and caring service technician. He educates his customers to understand what he is doing and why, as he makes adjustments.
