He fixed my dishwasher then cleaned up. Glad to get repaired. It took 3 months to get it done. Hopefully it won't take that long if it were A/C or refrigerator. Had a problem getting a part then when I did receive the part we had two hurricanes.

Fantastic Technician
Hector is the best! We had to have a second service visit to repair our washer. Hector asked a few questions and got right to work. All good! Hector's manner and caring about the customer was very apparent. If we ever have another issue, we will definitely request Hector.

Repair of a/c unit and annual maint. of hot water heater
James G. was professional, courteous, friendly and willing to answer my questions. I had been without a/c for 2 weeks and was concerned there might need to be some parts ordered. He went to work, doing a thorough check of the entire system and was able to get it up and running during the appt. He also did a thorough check up of my hot water heater. I was very pleased. Not only does he do a great job, but he represents you well.
