Frank T,
Palm Coast, FLRefrigerator Repair
After four or five visits, my refrigerator was finally repaired. The delay caused a hardship for my being able to maintain food.
Kermit D,
Daytona Beach, FLMicrowave installation
Sears apparently quit installing microwaves, thus making my life a little more frustrating. If the company can't install, why bother with the microwave repair and service at all?
David M,
Ormond Beach, FLDanny did a great job. Very customer service friendly.
Danny knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner.
Deborah B,
Palm Coast, FL2 week downtime
Great service ultimately, but unprepared and require 2 reschedules resulting in 2 week downtime on my washer, didn't come with parts the first time to repair unit even though I explained the issue on website before tech scheduled to come out, don't think having parts was his fault just saying, techs should have parts before coming to a call
Macy H,
Deland, FlPatrick Henry homeowner
My wife was at home when the repairman showed up he was very courteous however he has done just what all the others have done replaced the part he replaced the motherboard he said the other part that was ordered already works and left you told my wife at all should work fine it's still after 5 months has the same problem why can't you people fix the problem this is getting ridiculous
Patrick H,
Edgewater, FLLG Washer Issues
Appointment time was 8-12, didn't get here until almost 3. Washer flooded my laundry and hallway, then the part that is needed is no longer available/made as my washer is 15 years old. Hoping my washer will work for a bit longer after paying for the service call.
Carla C,
Port Orange, FLMixed feelings
I know your techs are just doing there jobs but I feel they are coached to find "unfixable" or environmental issues so warranties don't have to come out of pocket. Taking pics of a paint scuff from sliding the unit out immediately gave me this impression. Then I was told sulfar in the air was the cause of the refrigerant lines crumbling away and they could smell when walking in. The only smell in the house was blood from rotting meat that we just got through cleaning before they came inside. I feel that should've been left there to confirm this. So when I asked the simple question "why did my last unit last over 10 years and we replaced just to upgrade?" I was told maybe the quality of metals used. Is that not a manufacturer issue?? Thanks for confirming my views on extended warranties and making me against them for good.
Kim N,
Crescent City, FLRepair dishwasher
He was very nice but my dishes still came out wet and did not dry.

On time, kindly but did not fix my issue
My hot water still does not work at all. The tech told me he looked at it, cleaned the screens and it's working pretty good. My washing machine has determined that to be a lie.
