While Hector was a pleasure to work with, the pricing was unbelievably expensive. Five year old dishwasher will now be replaced as the cost to replace is less than your repair cost. They only want to sell their service plan. Will not use or recommend.

After 7 weeks, 3 techs, 5 visits and switching to using OEM parts, I believe the washer is fixed.

He was very good once he arrived. Appt was scheduled between 8am- noon. First time I heard anything was at 12:20 and said would be there in 20 min. I asked to come after 1. Which he did. He was very virtuous and efficient when he arrived.
