Unfortunately the dishwasher no longer has the parts to fix it but Sears tried very hard to fix it anyway. This is why we buy home appliance warranties.

We called for help with a Samsung RF28 refrigerator that was doing some strange things just before Thanksgiving. Hector verified it was working properly, cleaned the vents and removed all the dust from the coils and underneath. In addition, he suggested cleaning the dryer and our garage backup refrigerator for a nominal additional fee. He did an excellent job, took the dryer apart and cleaned all of the fire hazard lint from the 10 year old unit. Good thing, there was a lot hidden under those panels. I keep the filter and connecting vent clean, but the real hazard was hidden inside the machine. Thanks Hector!
