Very competent and knowledgeable technician
William determined very quickly that there was no way to fix the current refrigerator. Now it's up to American Home Warranty to figure out a refrigerator replacement.

The first time he came, I was not available. We got in touch and agreed to the next day between 10:30am and 1:30pm. He called a little after 20am and was here about 10:30. He did what needed to be done to my dishwasher and also adjusted it correctly. Great job! Thank you!!

Technician looked at all the issues. Did a good job but the insurance company said the ice maker was under warranty. But the rest of it wasn't so I'm hoping he comes back out and fixes the rest of it lacking the ice maker

James took his time going over all items due for my covered service check up and was very polite, explained all, and showed interest in all work he completed in my home. I have had Sears Appliance coverage every year for almost 40 years since 1970's and appreciated all the care service representatives gave our covered items. I have this coverage until October 11, 2023 and already have added a separate type coverage that begins when this major Sears one discontinues sad to say. I understand I have the new one starting mid September for some reason and not October 11 but will continue to use my close to 49 years coverage plan until it expires mid October 2023 due to this type of Sears coverage non-continuance by Sears any longer. I hope the new one I have signed up for is good. I will miss my old one but have faith the employees coming to repair my products will take care of all of them. I will miss my yearly maintenance checkup that has always been available on all my covered items. I understand now I can most likely only call when I need a repair and no longer all appliances and covered items checked once a year
