Timely and friendly. Had us up and running quickly. Very important with two elderly folks in the house. I was always sceptical about whole home warranties, but I have not been disappointed. Had it for many years now. Appointments have always been easy to get.

Hector far exceeded expectations for a service technician as he came to resolve a washer problem in the midst initially of a hospitalization then returned following major surgery here. He was sensitive to the issues with which we are dealing while remaining attentive to the task at hand. He is an outstanding technician and individual that I am pleased to have had the opportunity to get acquainted with and will be the go to guy going forward!

Rafael arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem even though another part was sent to us. He had the park on the truck and was able to fix the problem with my washing machine. I have used it 3 times since and r seems fine😁

Josh was held up on earlier jobs but no one contacted me until after 6:30 pm. I had been waiting since 8 am and had no way to contact the company to get updates. The number provided rings into an electronic system that refers you to the website, where no additional information was provided. Josh did a great job. He came at the end of a long day, was pleasant and knowledgeable and got my washer back up and running in about 15 minutes. Very helpful. Tech was great; updates on when he might arrive were completely lacking.
