My initial call was not resolved because the leak couldn't be located. My second service call was not completed and cancelled. Hector called to see if the problem was found. When I told them they cancelled he apologized. Then today he called to see if he could come out again. He found where the water away pooling and also told to do maintence on it on a regular basis. He checked and maintaineced all my appliances cleaned up everything. I'm glad he came back. Day a lot about his character

William did fantastic job. The problem was with Sears service phone confusion. The part arrived the day before William's arrival. I contacted Sears and was told to reschedule, yet the system said I was still scheduled for the next day. Too confusing!
