My initial call was not resolved because the leak couldn't be located. My second service call was not completed and cancelled. Hector called to see if the problem was found. When I told them they cancelled he apologized. Then today he called to see if he could come out again. He found where the water away pooling and also told to do maintence on it on a regular basis. He checked and maintaineced all my appliances cleaned up everything. I'm glad he came back. Day a lot about his character

Hector was my first technician on this hob. He could not find the problem but promised he'd be back. He was not assigned to the follow up who never showed up.
