Hector called about one hour before arriving and was here when he said he would be. Hector verified the repair part sent prior, installed and tested all functions of the control PCB. He also explained the bundled appliance service warranty now offered. We opted to have the welcome package sent to us. Hector worked quickly and efficiently. Should we require repair on our appliances in the future , we would like to have Hector as our technician.
