Nicholas called before his arrival, giving me a 20 minute heads up. I appreciate that in the mornings. He was very pleasant, kind, instructional and helpful. He came for specific reason and showed me how I can prevent the problem from recurring. He went further and determined that the shocks on my washer Kenmore elite were bad. he gladly checked his inventory and said he had the parts and would change the shocks at that time. He could've made me wait if he were lazy and not wanting to do the work.
