Very knowledgeable and professional
Hector was a great service technician. He knew the issue and fixed it well. He was SUPER pleasant, did his work efficiently, and cleanly. Hector was a good rep. My only critique is the scheduling: I don't really enjoy the HUGE arrival window (between 9 a.m. and 4 pm). Even though I could go online and see he should be there around 1:30, He called at 1 and said it would be 2 p.m. Then at 2:15 he explained his schedule got changed and it would be 3. It's hard to plan anything around that.

Hector is a great technician. He quickly determined the problem and provided us with several options on the repair and the costs. Once the payment option was decided on he quickly repaired the appliance. After he completed the repair he cleaned up the area. Hector did a great job.
