Joshua installed the new washer part & spent a lot of time recalibrating it. He explained everything he was doing & why he was doing it. The washer had not worked right for nearly 1 year despite multiple repairmen & new parts. Thanks also to Hector, James & Rafael who have been very supportive over this time.
