The whole experience has been a disaster. The first technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts arrived, and the follow-up appointment. Several more cancellations and re-schedules. Second technician said it was the wrong part. more parts ordered, another week goes by. third technician arrives and installs the part, which was actually the right part to begin with. Dishwasher working. Finally! The frustrating thing was at no time was I able to actually talk to a human. Or even by Chat. You're out of luck if your question or problem wasn't in their AI algorithm. Overall, one star or less. Would not use again.
