First Service Call under sears home warranty
It took quite some time to get my appointment set up correctly. I didn't have any guidance on how to do this so I did it incorrectly the first time. I had to wait eight hours for the technician and that's a waste of an entire day. There should be a window of time so the client doesn't have to forfeit an entire day

George did some very nice training for me. He explained how I should be cleaning the gasket around the freezer. He also taught me to check the on and off of the icemaker when it's not producing enough ice he also showed me excellent technician.
