James G. was professional, courteous, friendly and willing to answer my questions. I had been without a/c for 2 weeks and was concerned there might need to be some parts ordered. He went to work, doing a thorough check of the entire system and was able to get it up and running during the appt. He also did a thorough check up of my hot water heater. I was very pleased. Not only does he do a great job, but he represents you well.

It took quite some time to get my appointment set up correctly. I didn't have any guidance on how to do this so I did it incorrectly the first time. I had to wait eight hours for the technician and that's a waste of an entire day. There should be a window of time so the client doesn't have to forfeit an entire day
