David was very efficient took 2 hours to make the repair which may sound like a long time but we've had six other technicians come replacing parts and not getting the job done David did a full diagnostic found a wiring problem and replace some parts and finally we have a working dishwasher we are very grateful this is Don via voice text if something is wrong I am sorry I cannot look down I am driving a tractor trailer in traffic

Jim was awesome! He listened carefully as I described the problem and asked good questions to make the diagnosis. Even though it took a while to reproduce the leak because we had to wait for the dishwasher to heat up, he was patient and very systematic in his approach. He did a great job and I am happy to have my favorite appliance up and running again!
