Hector was great,but the mess you people gave me on Monday was terrible. If you were able to email me 4 times to remind me of my appointment why weren't you able to email me that no one was coming. Your customers don't matter to you.

David was very efficient took 2 hours to make the repair which may sound like a long time but we've had six other technicians come replacing parts and not getting the job done David did a full diagnostic found a wiring problem and replace some parts and finally we have a working dishwasher we are very grateful this is Don via voice text if something is wrong I am sorry I cannot look down I am driving a tractor trailer in traffic
