Victor was great. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything involving the repair. There was a last minute delay in getting a part and he came to our home to personally deliver the news. Once the part came in he completed the repair expediently.

Victor was terrific! Very nice and courteous. I signed up for the Sears maintenance program. My machine is working great and suggested I get a rubber mat to solve the machine walking on the slippery floor.
