Our Technician, Victor, was wonderful -very knowledgeable and friendly. The AI system for everything else to completely awful! You cannot speak to a live person and AI is incapable of fixing errors it creates. Beware!!

Sears along with Jorge outdid yourselves. There was a little bump initially because of timing but you really came through. You fixed the AC and hopefully it will continue to work efficiently throughout the summer. Jorge and team are very knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
