I had Sears come out 4 times to fix my washer not draining. Ricardo came out the first 3 times, did the bare minimum, and was out the door in 10 minutes. Either a part was ordered, or he couldn’t do it without help, or it was fixed (but it wasn’t). The 4th time, lead tech Victor came. He took the entire washer apart, cleaned everything out, and found that no parts were broken, the filter simply had to be cleaned. Still, he spent 2 hours going through everything to make sure all was in order and I never had to see Ricardo’s face again. Sears, reward employees like Victor. Customers, when Ricardo gets automatically assigned to your appointment, do yourself a favor. Reschedule it (you’ll be waiting for something anyways) and request Victor. The job will get done. Now to catch up on 2 months of laundry.
