I was Steve’s first stop. He was very polite when Home Warranty refused him to replace the parts for my washer. He waited patiently until I received this email stating they are giving me $343 for a new washer. I was not going to pay him and not get confirmation for the $343. I’m sure he would have done an excellent job if he was able to replace the springs on my washer.
