Oscar was excellent but the rest of your process sucks. Nothing but vague, cryptic messages that say nothing and don't answer questions. Oscar doesn't seem to talk to Sears, but I got 5 text messages from you overnight. This issue started when Oscar came and replaced the carburetor for $525 but it was faulty. He asked if I wanted another carburetor but didn't say if I would be charged again, my primary question. I can't just call Oscar because I don't have his number. Your Central Command seems to handle everything with vague cryptic messages. For example, you wanted to know if I would keep to appointment I made but the new carburetor was not here yet. Why would I keep the appoint if not replacement part was here yet. Then you asked if I had any parts to return to you, even before the appointment (what?) today. The whole process seems to lack coordination and communication between the various participants with computer generated computers spewing out ill-timed and pointless messages.

True professional! He had great work ethic and was courteous. He cleaned the area well and went over everything with me before leaving. Highly recommend. Great asset to the company. I wish all repairmen to such pride in their work as he did.

Seth was excellent! He taught me things about my dishwasher I never knew. He was extremely knowledgeable about my washer. You automated system sinks! You need for people to be able to speak to a real person on the phone. Seth was great though!
