Victor was great! Found the issue with my new home’s stove. The builder’s installer crossed the wires. He required it and the stove works perfect! He went above & beyond and asked me for a broom and swept up some original construction debris!

Our service technician, Audrey, was outstanding. She had our air conditioning running in 30 minutes after arriving. She was polite and professional. The Sears service website, however, is useless. I tried numerous times to commutator with Sears and was unable to. I also posted.picture of the problem, plus brand and serial number of the AC, but Audrey had not received any of the information I had posted “to speed service.”

Service technician, John, was awesome! Sears home services was not! I will not deal with that company again! Communication was impossible as I could never talk to a live person but instead kept getting directed to an AI voice answering service. Do Not Use Sears Home Services.
