John was very punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the process of what he was doing and his findings as he went along. He was a very careful worker and made sure to replace anything he moved. After doing all he could, he advised us what else we could to make sure the problem was fixed. Victor knew what he was doing very nice really helped me out of a jab washer wasn’t old and broke bad it took a lot of work but to him he just zipped along hope he comes back in the future other company that was sent did not know what to do

Although our repair man was not able to fix the problem today he was very friendly and considerate. He is put in the request for the parts that are required and we are hopeful to hear back soon that there will be a resolution.
