Kandekor exhausted all possible measures to diagnose my system. Over 4.5 hours later he came to the conclusion that my Goodman system was in need of another “coil”. This will make the third coil within one year (no fault of Sears Appliance Repair). I truly appreciate his tenacity and patience in trying to repair my unit.

Good service. My only problem is with The cost. $139 should have been the total. He pulled on belt to release the tension. He then attached the belt on the spool in about 30 seconds. Total $231. Apparently there is a fixed price when working with the tensioners no matter what is done. Doesn't seem fair.

Victor came to our appointment to fix our microwave that was the 6th visit. He was professional, courteous, and respectful. He could not fix the microwave as well but he made sure to call in to the office and got us approved for a new microwave. For all the bad experiences we had with costumer service, Victor has restored my hope for humanity. Thank you Victor.
