I was very upset with Sears as the AI cancelled 3 appointments as the computer didn't see that I had received all the parts. Finally they dispatched Selwyn today and he repaired my dryer quickly and efficiently. Additionally Selwyn was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He left his work area very clean as well.

Tech was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. Showed us tricks to keep the problem from occurring again. The service technician (Mike) was very friendly and a helpful. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service visit
