I appreciated that the technician was efficient and quick in accurately diagnosing the problem with my furnace. However, the significant delay of over two weeks in procuring the required replacement part was extremely disappointing, particularly considering its apparent easy availability on online retailers like Amazon. Ultimately, after the part finally arrived, the repair of the furnace was completed relatively quickly, taking only about 20 minutes.

The service tech was great, he showed me exactly what was wrong and told me how to fix it. Problem was he didnt have the parts to do it right then, I would need to buy them somewhere else and do it myself.

After having 3 Sears technicians 3 others come to my house, Audrey was the only one who actually fixed the problem. We were without air conditioning for 8 weeks. She was polite despite the fact that we were very upset. The previous technician who knew what the problem was q apparently quit and she had to start from the beginning. Audrey was great, but I am still upset that Sears did not keep records of what their employees are working on. Audrey walked into a mess but handled it well. God bless Audrey but I give Sears a F in the communications department.

So far, I've been without a refrigerator for 10 days, and they just say they're sorry and that I have to wait three more days. Gentlemen, prioritize the needs of the elderly and sick. Hasta el momento 10 dias sin refrigerado y solo dicen que lo sienten y que tengo que esperar tres dias mas. Señores denle prioridad a las necesidades de personas mayores y enfermas. Un refrigerador no es lo mismo que una lavadora de platos. Increible e inconsebible por demás.

When the man arrived, I explained to him that the system was not cooling and that the coil system was leak leaking. He got the system to cool again, but never addressed the leaking. When he told me, everything was fine I assumed he addressed the leaking, but my air conditioner is still leaking and not working. I live in Florida Florida. I’ve been without air-conditioning for two weeks, I’m 72 years old and disabled. I need the man to come back and fix the air conditioner.
